Product Description

The valve controller is a system controller that controls valves, pumps, and temperature.
It is equipped with a retention circuit for discharge input signals and an end-of-discharge signal output as standard. Also, the stainless steel chassis is used to prevent contamination from adhesives.

The [CV1] of the CV series is used to control electromagnetic actuated valves.
It can be controlled from the 0.001-second range and is ideal for dispensing small amounts of low-viscosity materials.

• Discharge can be confirmed by pressing the test switch on the panel.
• The 0.001 second digital quartz timer provides good reproducibility of settings and stable timer time.
• The setting time can be checked on the timer time display. In free mode, dispensing time can be measured by stopwatch function.
• With the test switch, dispensing can be checked by the dispenser alone even when it is installed in a dedicated machine.
