Principle explanation

When the plunger retracts, negative pressure is generated in the volule measuring chamber, the check valve on the IN side opens, and material is sucked into the weighing chamber.

At this time, the check valve on the OUT side is closed by spring pressure. The suctioned material is weighed to the stroke set by the micrometer, and then the plunger moves forward to push out the material in the weighing chamber.

In this case, the check valve on the IN side closes, the check valve on the OUT side opens, and the material is discharged from the nozzle.

RV<Rotary Valve>

RV<Rotary Valve> Principle explanation

Principle explanation

Basically, it is the same as the CV type, but the suction/dispense switching function is a rotary valve, which rotates in synchronization with the movement of the plunger by the actuator.

When dispensing, the rotary valve rotates in time with the forward movement of the plunger, connecting the measuring chamber to the OUT side and discharging the material.

When the plunger moves forward, the rotary valve rotates and the material is dispensed.
