Product Description
The valve controller is a system controller that controls valves, pumps, and temperature.
It is equipped with a retention circuit for discharge input signals and an end-of-discharge signal output as standard. Also, the stainless steel chassis is used to prevent contamination from adhesives.
CV series [CV4] is a pneumatic double acting valve as well as a pump controller.
Applied valves: V30, V31, V300, PM500 series, hibarpump
＜Features＞
- By pressing the test switch on the panel, the discharge can be checked.
- The 0.01-second digital quartz timer provides good reproducibility of settings and stable dispensing time.
- With the test switch, dispensing can be checked by the dispenser alone even when it is installed in a dedicated machine.
- The timer range can be easily changed by an internal switch. (0.01 to 9.99 seconds)
- The pressure can be set with high accuracy, thus ensuring stable pump operation.
