Structure of Hibar pump

B series CV type

For low viscosity: 1 to 5,000 mPa.s (CPS)
Maximum dispense volume: ~20.11 cc/SHOT

This pump is suitable for filling small amounts of liquid.
The pump is designed to "suction from the bottom" and "dispense from the top" in order to prevent the volume from being inconsistent by air bubbles remaining inside the pump cavity.

B series RV type

For high viscosity: 5,000 to 50,000 mPa.s (CPS)
Maximum dispense volume: ~20.11 cc/SHOT

This pump is suitable for filling small amounts of liquid.
The pump is designed to "suction from the top" and "dispense from the bottom or front" in order to transfer medium to high viscosity liquids "smoothly" by following gravity (self-weight).

H series CV type

Maximum discharge rate: ~20.11 cc/SHOT

This pump is suitable for small volume liquid filling in the pharmaceutical field.
High-precision machining of the clearance between the plunger and sleeve made of ceramic in microns enables suction and dispense of liquid without the use of seals.
