We would like to introduce a customer who has been using our Hibar Pump for over 30 years.
At that time, the customer was struggling to find a high-precision pump.
Reducing material loss, which directly impacts production costs, was an urgent challenge.
They sought equipment capable of dispensing a constant and accurate volume of low viscosity insecticide concentrate.
We will introduce how our product was implemented to solve this issue, contributing to cost reduction and improved production efficiency.

Implementation Details

Filling insecticide concentrate into an Empty aerosol can coming from the Conveyor with high precision. (Using Hibar Pump)

Stable Supply of Liquids

The Hibar Pump was installed higher than the storage tank for the insecticide concentrate, adopting a 2BCV Pneumatic Driven type pump that suctions from the bottom and discharges from the top.
This design efficiently exhausts small air bubbles with each discharge, preventing accumulation or merging inside the pump, ensuring stable liquid transfer.

High-Precision Quantitative Filling and Drip Prevention

The insecticide concentrate suctioned by the Hibar Pump is filled into the aerosol can through a Shut-off nozzle(FT-1R).
The Shut-off nozzle has a valve at the nozzle tip, preventing filling defects and material waste caused by dripping, while contributing to a cleaner work environment.
The Hibar Pump supplies an accurate volume, and the Shut-off nozzle completes the Filling without dripping, establishing a high-precision quantitative filling process.

Results After Implementation

By implementing the Hibar Pump, the customer achieved continuous productivity improvements and cost reductions.
The system has been operating stably on the production line for approximately 30 years since installation, with regular maintenance.
The robustness and durability of the Hibar Pump have been recognized, and it continues to support the customer’s production.
