Customer Needs and Challenges

This proposal was developed to meet the customer’s goal of “providing products with an excellent balance of ingredients and soup.”
Initially, Filling soup with a speed-oriented feed pump caused inconsistent filling volumes, resulting in an unstable balance between ingredients and soup.
Consequently, a high-precision Filling pump capable of large volumes (up to approx. 2,000 cc) and handling low to medium viscosity became essential, leading to the adoption of our Plunger Pump(Hibar Pump).

Implementation Details

Stable Supply of Materials (soup)

The Hibar Pump(5HRV Pneumatic Driven type) was installed lower than the storage tank containing the relatively high-viscosity soup.
This layout aims to utilize the liquid’s self-weight for smooth suction.
On the pump side, the liquid is “suctioned from the top” and “discharged from the front or bottom.”
By following gravity (self-weight), the system suctions liquid smoothly to minimize any loss in dispensing accuracy.

High-Precision Quantitative Filling and Drip Prevention

The soup suctioned by the Hibar Pump is filled into small packs via a Shut-off nozzle(HPS-3).
Using this nozzle prevents dripping and maintains stable dispensing accuracy.
The nozzle tip is approximately 22 mm in diameter. By customizing the length and Inner Diameter of the nozzle, we can adapt to various materials and Filling lines.

Results After Implementation

To realize the user’s desire to “provide products with an excellent balance of ingredients and soup,” our Hibar Pump was implemented.
As a result, the balance between ingredients and soup is kept constant, significantly improving product quality control.
This has reportedly led to business expansion, including an increase in online sales shipments.

With a Maximum dispense volume: ~2,000 cc/SHOT and a lineup for low viscosity~high viscosity(1 to 50,000 mPa.s), we provide the optimal solution.
